THE SEXUAL HEALTH INDEX
One number that actually means something. Built from your own data.
The Sexual Health Index is a deterministic 0–100 score built from five daily inputs and three sub-scores - Function, Recovery, and Load. It's not AI-generated, not benchmarked to strangers. It's yours.
What the Index measures
Three sub-scores that each capture a different system. Function: morning erection quality and libido - the direct outputs. Recovery: sleep, HRV, cardio - the resources your body has to work with. Load: stress, alcohol, and training strain - the demands pulling in the other direction. Balance them and the Index moves.
How it's calculated
Deterministic weights on your logs, rolling 7- and 30-day windows, and no black-box AI. Every point in the Index maps back to a specific input you can see in the app. When it moves, you know why.
Why one number beats a dashboard
You don't have time to interpret twelve charts every morning. The Index gives you one number and a direction. The sub-scores tell you where to look. The weekly observations tell you what to do about it.
WHAT YOU GET
Built for signal, not noise.
Deterministic scoring
Same inputs, same score. No AI drift, no hallucinations, no vibes.
Three sub-scores
Function, Recovery, Load - so you know which system needs attention.
Age-adjusted context
Compared to the median for your age group, not to nobody in particular.

QUESTIONS
What people ask before signing up.
Is the Index clinically validated?
It's a self-tracking tool, not a diagnostic. The inputs are drawn from established sexual-health questionnaires and lifestyle-medicine research, but the number is for pattern recognition - not a diagnosis.
How is it different from a wearable score?
Wearables measure the body's outputs (HR, HRV, sleep). The Index adds the subjective sexual-health signal - morning quality, libido, energy - that no wearable measures directly.
How long until my Index is stable?
About 10–14 days of daily logging. Rolling averages smooth out the noise.
Can I improve the score deliberately?
Yes - that's the whole point. Sub-scores show which lever (sleep, alcohol, cardio, stress) is holding you back, and weekly observations name the change to try.
